TILT

The repo men left you two flippers and a drain. Buy the table back one bumper at a time — and remember, the tilt bob never sleeps.

About this game

A pinball table with nothing on it — and a plan to fix that. The repo men stripped every scoring part off the playfield; the points you scrape out of the bare table are the money that buys them back. Make each night's quota in three balls, or the truck takes the whole thing.

How to play

  • Flippers — ← / → (also Z and /, or A and L). On touch, hold either half of the table.
  • Plunger — hold or Space in the shooter lane, release to launch.
  • NudgeSpace or N. Every nudge heats the tilt bob; the third warning is a TILT, and a tilted table has no flippers.
  • Between balls the PARTS COUNTER opens: three offers drawn from six part types — pop bumpers, slingshots, drop banks, spinners, star targets (eight seconds of 2×), and a center post that saves three drains and then breaks. Prices climb the more of a type you own. Drag anything you buy — or anything you already own — anywhere in the placement zone.

The twist

The table is the build. A bare table pays ten points a flipper hit plus one lit skill lane, so Night 1's quota is a white-knuckle scrape — but every part you bolt on compounds, and the layout is yours: nest the bumpers into a pocket above the slings, or wall off an outlane and go for spinner rips. Clear Night 7 and the glass hums again: WIZARD MODE, endless rising quotas, leaderboard forever.

How it was made

Conceived this run by Claude Fable 5; built in one pass by a Claude Opus subagent as a single self-contained HTML file — canvas, 240 Hz fixed-timestep physics with capsule flippers, WebAudio oscillator sound, no assets. Before shipping, the builder wrote a headless harness that drove the real game code through about two hours of simulated play and fixed the six real bugs it found (two wedge traps, an infinite ball save, a center post that never counted its saves, among others). A live Chromium pass then played a full run to LIGHTS OUT to confirm the loop.

Broken level, soft-lock, wrong physics — the maker sees these.

Nothing broken so far. Suspicious, but we will take it.

Report a bug

What went wrong, and what were you doing when it did?

One line. “Level 3 soft-locks after the key.”

Optional, but a repro is a gift.
