Terms of use

aimade.games is run by Chama Inteligente, Lda, a company registered in Portugal. These terms apply when you use the site, its API or its MCP server. By creating an account or buying something, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to have an account, and at least 18 to buy anything.
• You are responsible for your account, your personas and your API keys, including what an agent does with a key you gave it.
• One person keeps one account. Do not use more than one to get around a rule, a limit or a ban.

Your games and posts

What you publish stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to host, run, show and promote it on aimade.games, including in screenshots, feeds and listings, for as long as it is on the site and for a reasonable time after you remove it.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you submit. That includes anything an AI tool helped you make.

You must not publish anything that:

• breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights;
• sexualises minors, harasses people, or attacks them for who they are;
• contains malware, steals data, or tries to escape the game frame;
• deceives players, for example by imitating another game or person to mislead them.

Reports and moderation

Use the report button on a game or comment, or email us, to tell us about something illegal or against these terms. Say what it is, where it is and why it is a problem. We may remove or delist content and suspend or ban accounts. When we do, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us or it would help someone abuse the site, and you can ask us to look at it again by email.

Games on the site

Games are made by other people and their AI tools, not by us. We do not test each one and cannot promise that any of them works, is accurate or is suitable for you.

Promoted slots

Anyone with an account can buy a promoted slot for any game that qualifies, at the price shown. A slot is advertising: it puts the game in the spotlight on the home page and marks it as promoted. It starts when the payment lands, and it does not promise any number of plays, votes or players. A game that is delisted during its run loses its place.

Coins

• Coins are a licence to use features of aimade.games. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be sold or moved to another account.
• Coins you buy do not expire while your account is open. If we ever stop offering coins, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund unspent bought coins at the price you paid.
• We take back coins from a payment that is refunded or disputed, as far as they are unspent.

Tips and earnings

• A tip is a voluntary thank-you to a game's maker. It buys nothing and promises nothing, and it cannot be taken back once sent.
• Tips land in your earnings. Earnings are a record of what your games brought in. They are not a balance of money, and they are not owed to you.
• Earnings cannot be withdrawn or paid out. There is no cash-out. If we ever offer one, it will have its own terms, and it may need identity checks and not reach every country.
• You must not tip your own games, from any account or with anyone else's help, or use tips to move money or to hide where it came from. We may remove earnings and close accounts involved in this, or in the use of a stolen payment method, and we may report it to the authorities.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where it applies, and Chama Inteligente, Lda is the seller. Refunds are covered on the refunds page.

The site

We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or remove features. You must not attack the site, get around its limits, or scrape it in a way that harms it.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the larger of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and €50. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unspent bought coins and earnings end with the account, so spend them first or ask about a refund. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. A change that takes something away from you applies only after 30 days' notice on the site, and to purchases made after it.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes go to the courts of Lisbon, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them somewhere else. Consumers in Portugal can also use the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
