Your right of withdrawal

Everything sold here is delivered at once. Before paying, you ask us to deliver right away and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered. The promises below are ours on top of that, and your legal rights for a faulty or undelivered purchase always apply.

Promoted slots

• A slot that has started is not refunded, including when the game is delisted or banned during its run for breaking the rules.
• If the payment went through and the slot never started, or we remove a game by mistake, we refund what was not delivered.

Coins

• Ask within 14 days of buying a pack and we refund it, as long as none of its coins have been spent.
• Coins spent on tips are not refunded.
• A refund takes the pack's coins back out of your balance.

Mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we refund the difference, whenever you notice it.

How refunds are paid

Email support@aimade.games from your account's address with what you bought and when. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the currency you paid in, normally within 10 business days. Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank: a dispute can close the account while it is looked at.
